ABOUT THE FAIR:

Cosmoprof Asia 2019 (24th edition) will continue the successful formula of "1 Fair 2 Venues" and held strategically across two venues:

Cosmopack Asia, will take place at the AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) from 12 to 14 November, hosting exhibitors from the avant-garde supply chain: leaders in raw materials and ingredients, machinery and automation, primary and secondary packaging, contract manufacturing, applicators and private labels.

Meanwhile, Cosmoprof Asia will be held at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) from 13 to 15 November and focused on finished goods across all the main cosmetic sectors: perfumery and cosmetics, beauty salon and spa, hair, nail, and accessories, as well as natural and organic.

Attendees joined the 4-day show to explore prime business potential, negotiate new working connections and get updated market information whilst taking in the global perspective on emerging trends.

Shuttle bus is specially arranged to provide free shuttle service for exhibitors and visitors to and from the two venues.

All passengers are required to provide badges / show invitation before boarding the shuttle bus.

Exchange between AWE and HKCEC：

Exchange between HKCEC and MTR：

A special express train, running directly between Central District on Hong Kong Island and AWE, stopping at Kowloon, Tsing Yi and the Airport. The ride from Central to AWE takes only 28 minutes.

TO AWE
Passengers can take taxis to or from the Taxi Stand near the East Entrance. AsiaWorld-Expo is serviced by both Urban (red) and Lantau (blue) taxis. All taxis have meters so no negotiation is necessary. It takes about 40 minutes from Hong Kong downtown to AWE while the fare costs approximate HK$400.

*There may also be additional charges for the luggage carried in the boot.

The main hotels in Dongguan, Guangzhou or Shenzhen have direct buses from Guangdong to Hong Kong to the Exhibition venue.

The SkyCity open parking lot (located near the west entrance of the AWE) provides 600 private car and motorcycle parking spaces. The charges are:

The SkyPier terminal, which is close to the AsiaWorld Expo, provides fast ship service for transit passengers. Passengers from the Pearl River Delta and Macao can take express ships to Hong Kong International Airport and then transfer to about 180 destinations around the world. The routes of SkyPier terminal are connected to nine ports, including Humen, Dongguan, Lianhua Mountain, Nansha, Macau, Taipa, Fuyong, Shekou, Zhongshan and Jiuzhou.
