1. Starting from the airport

Taxi: The airport is 4 km from the fair district. Taxi service and car hire available.

Airport bus: You can take the AEROBUS bus to the railway station and then take a taxi to the exhibition.

2. Starting from the Railway Station

Bologna's Stazione Center is only 10 minutes away from the Bologna Exhibition Center.

Bus Line: From the railway station to the exhibition, you can take Bus Line 35 or 38 to the exhibition center, and from the exhibition to the railway station, you can take Bus Line 35 or 39.

3. Start in the city

IThe Bologna exhibition center can be reached daily with the Tper lines at urban rates 28 - 35 - 38 - 39.

4. Starting from Expressway

From Florence, Milan and Ancona: Take the "BOLOGNA FIERA" exit on the A14 motorway.

From Padua: Ring road exit 8 for Ingressi Nord, Michelino, Moro and Parcheggio Michelino; ring road exit 7 for entry and parking area.

All parking areas are near the central entrance and are easily accessible from urban streets, highways and loops, with about 14,500 parking spaces. All parking areas are managed and protected by authorized personnel from Bologna and Exhibition Center, and are easily identified by blue uniforms and company names and logos.

1. Shopping

Alipay is not widely used in Italy. Only a few shopping malls can be used. Visa or master is the main way of payment. Now in order to attract Chinese tourists, some large shopping malls can also use domestic UnionPay debit cards.

When shopping in the market, the amount on the sign is different from that at home. In Italy, commas are used to indicate decimal points. For example, "5,8" is "5.8".

2. Dressing

Bologna is located in the inland plains of northern Italy. It is hot in summer and cold and humid in winter. During the exhibition, the temperature is about 6 - 15 degrees Celsius. It's warm in the exhibition hall. Shirts plus small suits are enough. You can take a thin feather or a thick coat when you go out.

Many places in Italy, such as the Vatican Museum, the Opera House and so on, have requirements for clothing. So please bring your own dress, which is formal, and try not to expose your shoulders and the length should be below your knees.

3. Eat and drink

There are many famous traditional cuisines in Bologna, and tomato sauce is well known for its origins. Bologna produces pork processed products, such as ham, Italian sausage and salome, which are important products in the local food industry. The nearby vineyards are also well received. Italian lasagna, Italian dumplings and Bologna sausages are all local specialties.

When eating in a restaurant, there is usually a seating fee of Euro 1.5-2, which is settled directly on the final ticket.

3) As for hair dryers, they are usually available, so they can be brought by themselves as a matter of insurance.

4) As for hot pots, some hotels provide them but some are not; because of the different living habits, people here drink ice water or normal temperature water, as well as in winter, and those tourists from China who need hot water to brew tea should better bring a mini one themselves.

Man uses Italian sockets in Italy with voltage of 220-230 volts and 50 hertz. The power sockets are three circular holes arranged in a straight line. The Chinese electronic products can not directly use Italian sockets, so socket converters must be brought with.

The time difference between Italy and China is about six or seven hours. At 14:00 in Italy, summer time is 20:00 in China, and 21:00 in China when summer time is not applied in Italy.

Italy belongs to the Central European Time Zone. Like most European countries, it implements summer time. The time difference between summer time and China is 6 hours, while the time difference between non-summer time and China is 7 hours.

3. Emergency telephone

Before going abroad, it is better to bring some your commonly used medicines for treating cold and fever with you, as well as stomach and anti-inflammatory drugs, because some local medicines are not suitable for the constitution of Asians. If there is an emergency in Italy, make sure to dial 118.

Visitors with visas are free to see a doctor and check in the hospital, but they need to pay for the medicine themselves. Usually they can only buy over-the-counter medicines. Only by the prescription of the doctor can they buy prescription medicines.

4. Passport Loss

First, go to the local police station (Polizia) to report the loss. Then take the loss report issued by the police station and go to the nearby consulate for passport replacement.

Generally, it takes a long time to retrieve a passport, but you can choose to apply for a Chinese travel permit. The processing time is relatively faster. The application form and identity verification are required for the reissue of the travel certificate. The reimbursement fee is 25 euros. If there is an urgent need, you can pay an additional 20-30 euros.

Chinese travel certificate can be used instead of passport, but the difference between travel certificate and passport is that travel certificate can only be used once, and can not be used to go to the second country after one country. It can ensure that you return home smoothly.
